Day 20 - Wibaux, MT to Dickenson, ND

It took us 12 days but we, in fact, did ride our bikes all the way across Montana.  Today we're in North Dakota.

We have been astonished on a daily basis how beautiful the ride has been, even in the parts of the country we may have thought would be a bit boring.  For the past few days we have been riding through huge fields of sun flowers and today stopped to take a few photos.

In addition Theodore Roosevelt National Park in northwestern North Dakota took us completely by surprise.  We rode through colorful canyons most of the morning.  Pictures hardly do it justice.

Finally, we have a bit of a puzzle to keep you engaged in our blog.  Today we're asking you to identify which person doesn't belong in this photo.  Please let us know what you think in the comment section or on Terry's Facebook page.  BTW we met these friendly bikers at the visitor's center for the "Painted Canyon."

  1. I think the one with the mask on does not belong. He looks like a happy dead person while the rest of you look like happy live persons. Did I get it?

  2. As I recall just North of you in Makoti there is a Threshing Museum. If it is still there and isn't too far off your route you might want to check it out. COngrats on 20 days behind you.
